Board Member: Amanda Keeling

My name is Amanda Keeling and I am the District 5 Representative. I don't know exactly what information you need, so I will just tell you a little history about myself.

I am 43 years old and originally from Kentucky but have spent most of my adult life traveling with my work in retail. I've lived in Tennessee, Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, and Illinois. My husband and I met and married 6 years ago and we have four children that range from 26 - 10. We live in Bardstown. By the time this prints, I will have graduated from Kentucky State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, and Environmental Studies. It is my aspiration to take what I have learned academically and implement it to help diversify the family cow/calf operation into other areas of agriculture. Kentucky is a special place for agricultural opportunities. I look forward to exploring all that it has to offer. My goal as a representative of KWIA is to guide women along the way of achieving their own goals in Agriculture. I believe that together we can achieve amazing things.
